By examining the nutrition profile of sriracha (and other foods), we should be able to quickly determine if it is keto-approved or not.
Is Sriracha Keto-Friendly?
The answer depends on how strict you are with your ketogenic diet.
If you're restricting yourself to consuming no more than 20 grams of carbs a day, then a small amount of sriracha (say, 3 teaspoons) should not mess up your ketosis.
Sriracha is keto as long as you consume it in minimal amounts only and if you monitor your daily macros, mainly carbs.

Making Your Own Keto-Friendly Sriracha
Instead of buying sriracha in the grocery (which some are loaded with sugar), you can make your own instead. This way, you know for sure what's in it.
What you need:
1/2 cup white vinegar, distilled
4 cloves of garlic, peeled
3 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 kg of red jalapenos
6 tsp erythritol
1/3 cup water
What to do:
Remove the stem of the jalapeno peppers. Then, cut them into four pieces.
Pour all ingredients into a blender, except the white vinegar. Blend until mixture is well incorporated and thick.
Transfer the puree into a glass container.
Cover the glass container with a plastic wrap (it doesn't have to be airtight).
Store the glass container in a dark location for three days to encourage fermentation. Check and stir the mixture once a day. If you start seeing tiny bubbles, that's a good sign that the mixture is beginning to ferment.
After three days, transfer the fermented mixture into a blender, then add white sugar. Blend until the mixture becomes very smooth.
Strain the mixture into a saucepan. Repeat until all liquids are squeezed.
Boil the liquid extract for five to ten minutes over medium-high heat.
Let it cool, then transfer into a glass bottle.
