But again, because the company is a bit cagey about exactly what and how much of some ingredients are included in their product it is hard to give categorical support to the idea that no one will experience any adverse effects from using this product.

The only caution we would raise regarding the ingredients we’re aware of is that exogenous ketones, when taken every day, can sometimes produce side effects similar to those of the "keto flu." The so-called flu occurs when the body transitions from burning carbs to burning fat. When going through the transition, some people experience mild headaches, upset stomach and a lack of mental sharpness. However, these symptoms usually pass in short order.
