Introduction & Overview

Product Name:

Raspberry Ketones Max

Just about anybody who is trying to lose weight has probably heard about Raspberry Ketones and the one supplement in particular that people are raving about is Raspberry Ketones Max. This review digs deep into the basis of the of the hype revolving around this product, and we put the rumors to the test, to see if there is any real truth behind what the media is saying. Keep reading to find out more.

Raspberry Ketones have hit the market hard ever since various well respected doctors in the industry have shone a light on this exogenous ketone that is supposedly helping people shed fat. Since the word has spread about this "natural wonder drug" everybody has been going insane over the physical and medicinal benefits of raspberry ketones and we've seen the supplement industry explode with an influx of these products. The bad thing is that it can be tough finding the gems, which is the whole reason why we give you every micro detail in our experiences with these products through our reviews, because we know how it feels to be burned by duds.

During our research, one particular supplement, Raspberry Ketone Max kept coming up in our searches, and when we looked into it further, we could see that this particular brand had been getting quite a lot of media coverage and we were so curious as to why. More often than not, what you see on TV is all marketing, but I must say they did an excellent job of getting my attention. It was a no-brainer to add this product into my list of reviews, so I could test if it were indeed legit.

What's in Raspberry Ketones Max?

Raspberry Ketone Max provides 300mg of pure raspberry ketone extract and is made in the US with premium grade ingredients. The supplement also contains green tea, L-Theanine, Chromium as well as 400mg of caffeine.

Although some say that it is better to manufacture a supplement that contains only pure forms of the extract, Raspberry Ketone Max continues to innovate and have come up with their special formula that includes other natural compounds that complement each other to boost weight loss results.

I guess they must be doing something right if they are getting this much media exposure, right?

Guess we’ll soon see.

The Benefits

So far studies have hypothesized that raspberry ketones are effective in burning fat and results in dramatic weight loss. Although the studies are yet to be verified as scientifically proven, lots of people believe that they do in fact work. I guess, the only way to know if it does work is to give it a shot ourselves, which we did.

So, let's get into the details of this testing experiment that we did.

Because Raspberry Ketone Max contains other natural ingredients, that gives you other added benefits of taking this supplement. For example, L-Theanine, which is contained in this supplement, is basically an amino acid found in tea plants and specific types of mushrooms. This component has been proven to increase alertness and may offset caffeine jitters by increasing neurotransmitters GABA and serotonin which produce a calming effect, which balances the caffeine intake that is in this supplement.

  • Improves Metabolism
  • Promotes Normal Blood Sugar Levels
  • Helps regulate cholesterol and fat
  • Food craving reduction
  • Helps prevent hypertension

Cardiovascular antioxidant protection is provided by L-theanine due to preventing LDL cholesterol oxidation. LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol is the “bad cholesterol.” L-theanine offers additional cardiovascular benefits by stimulating the production of nitric oxide which causes blood vessels to dilate (expand), thus improving blood circulation.

Chromium is a trace metal and is part of chromium picolinate which is a popular supplement with many health benefits.

Does Raspberry Ketone Max Have Any Side-Effects?

Sick Woman

Raspberry Ketone Max is made from all natural components, so it is completely safe which is probably the best part about taking raspberry ketones, you usually see no side-effects from taking this supplement. However, because it does contain caffeine, which can make people feel a little jittery, this supplements a perfect balance of L-Theanine deflects those side-effects, as it calms the nerves.

Although this supplement is absolutely safe, if you are allergic to caffeine or any of the other ingredients contained in this supplement, I would suggest to speak to your doctor before taking it because it could cause harm to your health. Also, please remember that everyone is built differently, certain products may affect people in certain ways and everyone should be aware of that.

After testing Raspberry Ketone Max over the last 6 weeks, I had lost 8 pounds. Which was pretty good, but not compared to my success 6 months earlier with Vita Balance Ketones Plus.

That said, my appetite decreased instantly, my energy level increased, and I noticed that I was filling my day with more activities. My diet improved dramatically. Food portions were down, and I had more energy. I was running around during the day way more and not to mention, and I was sleeping really well and getting the right amount of sleep each night. Overall the results were positive, which I'm happy to report, but not as much as I got from the #1 product Vita Balance.

Another problem with this product is the price. If you are on a budget and are looking for something more affordable, then you will have to look somewhere else. So, even though I was very pleased with my results while I was on this product, I still opt for the more affordable Vita Balance Ketones Plus.  It's every bit as effective as Raspberry Ketone Max and more, but at a better price.

I've been on Vita Balance for more than 8 weeks now, and I can say that it's the best one that I've tried so far.
