Sated Keto Review

Sated Keto Review

If people have one complaint about the keto diet, it’s this: eliminating virtually all carbs from their diet means eliminating a great number of their favorite flavor experiences.

Some of that flavor gap can be filled by things like bacon and cheese omelets. But you can only eat so many of them before you start wanting something more. Enter Sated Keto.

Sated Keto meal shakes come in 4 flavors and are intended to provide you a tasty treat that is also nutritious and keto-safe.

But is it really safe? Or is it just a gateway snack that will induce carb cravings that will be your ketogenic undoing? That’s what we’re here to find out with this review.

What Is Sated Keto?

Sated Keto is a keto meal shake subscription product intended to help those on the keto diet deal with between-meal cravings.

Part of the marketing for this product says it provides ketogenic nutrition without the compromise. That, of course, is impossible. The low-carb diet is built on compromise.

For instance: in order for it to work you need to give up your favorite carb-heavy foods. However, you get to replace them with some high-fat foods like bacon that are plenty tasty themselves. That's a compromise.

Even with Sated Keto shakes you’re compromising. There’s no sugar in any of them. Because sugar is keto kryptonite. Instead, they use sucralose and other sweeteners.

They compromise. But beyond that marketing snafu, it has to be said the shakes themselves pack quite a tasty punch and are loaded with important vitamins and minerals.

That said, let’s take a closer look at the ingredients at work here.

“The keto diet creates remarkable beneficial changes in the body that drastically improve wellbeing.”

How to Use Sated Keto

The makers of Sated Keto suggest it can be used as a midday pick-me-up, a between-meal snack or even as a straight-up meal replacement.

They suggest that if you’re going to use it between meals that you constrain yourself to a half serving. That’s certainly good advice considering the amount of carbs in each keto meal shake.

But finding the willpower to mix such a small amount may be asking a bit much of sometimes flavor-starved dieters.

There’s no doubt that Sated Keto meal shakes provide enough of a vitamin/mineral mix to stand in for a real meal every couple of days.

But again, you’ll need a will of iron to prevent yourself from having one of these and then following it up with your regular meal. And if you do that then you run the risk of consuming too many carbs and kicking yourself out of ketosis.

What are the Ingredients in Sated Keto?

They pack a lot of ingredients into Sated Keto. Too many, in fact, to go through them all here in any detail. So we’ll concentrate our attention on some key ones.

●        Milk protein isolate - Milk protein isolate powder is often used as an alternative protein source to meat. It’s a common ingredient in products intended to help in recovery from strenuous workouts. But it means these shakes are not vegan.

●        Sunflower lecithin - Sunflower lecithin is added to many types of prepared foods as a thickening agent. And that is its primary role here. To add texture to the shakes.

●        Potassium citrate - Potassium plays an important role in regulating many bodily functions, including your heartbeat. It is also sometimes used to treat kidney stones.

●        Salt - Salt is used in Sated Keto shakes for one reason only; to help them taste better. We can’t fault them for that. But the salt content is a bit high in our opinion.

●        Sucralose - Sated Keto is naturally sweetened with sucralose. Sucralose is an artificial sweetener derived from sucrose. It is said to be 600 times sweeter than sugar.

●        Coconut oil - Coconut oil is rich in medium-chain triglycerides and saturated fat that make it a keto diet favorite. It can also boost HDL or “good” cholesterol levels in the blood.

How does Sated Keto Taste?

While we have our issues with Sated Keto, one area where the company succeeds without question is the taste. There are 4 flavors, and each drink is naturally sweetened, light, tasty and mixes easily. Those flavors are:

●        Chocolate - The Chocolate Sated Keto shake displayed a nice blend of bitter and sweet and was a hit with most of our testers. At least the ones who like chocolate. It was generally easy to enjoy and didn’t leave any nasty aftertaste.

●        Peaches & Cream - Our testers generally had pretty neutral feelings about the Peaches & Cream flavor. No one really loved it and no one really disliked it either. The general consensus was that it was “okay”.

●        Strawberry - The Strawberry Shake was right up there in popularity among our testers with the Chocolate Shake. The flavor seemed very natural and was neither too strong nor too weak.

●        Vanilla - The Vanilla Shake was the least favorite flavor for our testers. While some found it enjoyable, others thought the vanilla flavor was too intense and somehow just a bit off. Nothing terrible. Just didn’t taste like the flavor was a natural occurrence.

Does Sated Keto Actually Work?

Now we get down to the real nitty-gritty. Does it work? Well, it certainly provides plenty of vitamins and minerals.

So as a vitamin supplement, you'd have to say it works. It also provides a fairly significant amount of fiber. So that's good.

It's affordable, so it certainly works from a budgetary standpoint. And it provides both slow and fast-digesting protein. So it works for after workouts.

But the real question is whether it works to make your life on the low carb diet easier. Our answer would be, “no”. Instead, it creates the perception that you’re missing out on something.

It then offers to fill that perceived void with something that could undo your keto diet altogether.

A better strategy is to stick to your guns and supplement with Famous Keto to make the most of your low-carb diet efforts.

What are the Effects of Sated Keto in Keto Diet?

The effects of Sated Keto in the keto diet are difficult to determine. The fact that it contains little fat and 7 grams of carbs also means that it is potentially problematic.

“When we use fat as fuel, our endurance improves and is more sustainable.”

Are There Side Effects to Using Sated Keto?

The 2 ingredients that will be unwelcome by some are milk powder and salt. So, those who suffer from lactose intolerance will want to take a pass on Sated Keto.

Also, Sated Keto depends pretty heavily on salt to provide flavor. Some people won’t have a problem with that, but others will. We found it surprisingly salty.

With 7 grams of carbs in each one, the side effect most people should be concerned about is being bumped out of ketosis.

The fact is, should you become fond of consuming one or more of these shakes each day between meals, you’re going to have big problems staying keto compliant because you will have used up 30-50% of your daily total carb intake.

Once that happens, you’ll likely find yourself having to avoid one of your regular meals in order to compensate.

The problem with that is that the ketogenic diet already asks people to deny themselves all their carb-heavy favorite food. That’s not easy to do. But many people manage it and are able to find acceptable keto-friendly alternatives.

If they then have to deny themselves their new favorite meals because they drank too many of these shakes, it’s going to cause problems.

Where can I buy Sated Keto?

Sated Keto is usually available on Amazon. Though it sometimes comes and goes. If you are unable to find it on Amazon there are a slew of secondary sites where it can be had.

Although most of these sites seem dodgy at best. We have tried Sated Keto in all its variations. And while we can see why someone might be tempted to make them part of their low carb routine, we feel the risk of them causing disruptions to a carefully planned keto diet outweigh any benefit.

Still, if you want to spend your money on them you can pick them up here, where you’ll get the current best price.

Bottom Line: Should You Buy Sated Keto?

The Sated keto meal shake is one of those new releases we would love to recommend.

It’s tasty, low in calories and loaded with important vitamins and minerals.

However, there is little doubt in our minds that a person would have a difficult time fitting this into their normal low carb diet without it causing problems.

A couple of these a day would represent half your total daily carb allowance. It seems the kind of gamble for which you’ll pay a price.

Our recommendation would be to supplement your regular keto diet with Famous Keto and get the most out of your weight loss efforts.

You’ll get the BHB ketones your body needs and none of the added carbs it doesn’t.
